新冠肺炎:疏通医疗体系而非封锁社会

一年前,在我们的第二阶段行动管制令(MCO)期间,我提到了要放松行管令必须考虑两个要点,那就是确诊案例数据及体系的准备程度。

前者指的是压平疫情曲线,减少感染案例。

后者指的是我们医疗体系在行管令解除或放松后应对新病例的能力。

换句话说,放松行管令的条件是,低确诊案例及体系高度准备。
